Lawn Care & Handyman Services

Please complete the form below to request lawn care, grounds-maintenance, junk removal, pressure washing, or handyman services from The Way Dynamic Animal Therapy Encounters Inc.

1. Services

Services may include:

  • Lawn mowing, trimming and edging
  • Blowing and cleanup of serviced areas
  • Bush, shrub, and light vegetation maintenance
  • Other lawn or grounds-maintenance services mutually agreed upon
  • Junk removal
  • Pressure washing
  • Handyman services

2. Service Price

Additional services or work outside the agreed scope must be approved by the Company before the additional work is performed.

3. Service Term & Commitment

Service Type *

One-time service is requested for a single scheduled visit. Long-term commitment is for recurring lawn care services beginning on the Start Date and continuing through the End Date stated above.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due within one (1) hour of completion of each scheduled service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.

If payment is not received within the one-hour payment period, a $25.00 late-payment penalty will be assessed for each calendar day that the payment remains outstanding, beginning on the day following the completed service.

5. Quality of Service

The Way Dynamic Animal Therapy Encounters Inc. agrees to perform all services in a professional, timely, and workmanlike manner. Reasonable efforts will be made to protect the Client’s property, landscaping, structures, animals, equipment, and other items located on the premises while performing services.

6. Scheduling

Services shall be performed according to a schedule mutually agreed upon by the Client and The Way Dynamic Animal Therapy Encounters Inc. Any changes to the scheduled service should be communicated as soon as reasonably possible.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing reasonable notice to the other party. Any completed services and applicable charges shall remain due and payable upon termination.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the understanding between the parties regarding the lawn care services described herein. Any changes or additional terms should be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

9. Client Information & Acknowledgment

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions of this Lawn Care Services Agreement.
